Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are packed within one to two business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel leaves the atelier.

  • Standard — 3–5 business days. Complimentary on orders over $200, otherwise $12.
  • Express — 1–2 business days. $25.
  • International — 5–12 business days, calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns

Return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and returned in packaging that protects them in transit.

  1. Email our team with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We send a prepaid label within one business day (domestic orders) or return instructions (international orders).
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving.

Exchanges

We exchange for a different size at no cost, subject to availability. If the size you need is not in stock we will hold your refund open until the next run arrives, should you prefer to wait.

Not eligible for return

  • Archive and final-sale pieces, marked clearly on the product page.
  • Items altered, washed or worn beyond trying on.

Faults

If a piece fails in normal wear, contact us regardless of how long you have owned it. We repair where a repair is right and replace where it is not.
